By continuing to use this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3.1. 3.2. We may, from time to time, send its users emails regarding its products, promotions and services. We constantly try and improve the Website for better efficiency, more relevancy, innovative business matchmaking, and better personal preferences.
4. Storage and Processing of Information.
4.1. Your information will primarily be stored in electronic form, however, certain information may also be stored in physical form.
4.2. We will store, collect, process and use your information within the territory of India.
4.3. We do not store any payment details such as UPI, credit/debit card numbers or bank account information. All payment processing is handled securely via third-party payment gateway providers.
4.4. We may enter into agreements with third parties to store or process your information in accordance with applicable law. These third parties may have their own security standards to safeguard your information, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to require such third parties to adopt reasonable security standards to safeguard your information, as per the requirements of applicable laws.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information.
5.1. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with third party entities for: (i) processing payments; (ii) fulfilling orders and facilitating payments; (iii) managing logistics and delivery; (iv) analysing data and improving services; (v) compliance with applicable laws; and (vi) measuring the effectiveness of advertisement, however, such third-parties are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permissible under applicable laws, it is adequate that when the Company transfers your information to any other entity, so long as such transferee entity is obliged to adhere to contractual obligations similar to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. Secure Online Transactions. All payment transactions are processed through trusted compliant payment gateway providers operating in India. We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account details.
7.3. Preferences and Limited Access. Any information you share with us about your preferences are stored securely with us and are disclosed only in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. We limit access to this information to the relevant team members on a need-to-know basis and our team is trained to handle user data responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
7.4. Limitations. Whilst we implement reasonable security measures, no method of data transmission over the internet is absolutely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us through our Website, and you acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk. You have the right to: (i) access and review your personal information; (ii) correct or update your data / information; (iii) request deletion of account; (iv) opt out of promotional emails; and (v) withdraw consent for data processing, including marketing communications, data sharing with third parties, and data processing activities at any time by informing us via email, subject to legal and contractual obligations. 8.2. You will be responsible for: (i) keeping your account credentials such as user ID and password secure and confidential; (ii) logging out post each session, especially if you use a shared computer or device; (iii) closing your browser window after completing your purchase to prevent others from accessing your order history.
9. Personnel Privacy Policy.
This paragraph 9 of this Privacy Policy is applicable to all the team members and employees of the Company. The following outlines the approach and principles of privacy policy which the Company will enforce from the Effective Date:
9.1. General. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of customer information at all levels of our organisation. We provide training to all team members and employees who handle user / customer information to ensure they understand: (i) the mode and manner of maintaining user / customer privacy; (ii) procedure of handling user / customer information securely; (iii) manner of responding to data security breach incidents; and (iv) applicable data protection laws in India.
9.2. Employee Information. We may collect and process the following types of information in relation to our team members and employees: (i) name, residential address, email ID and phone number; (ii) proof of identity and residential address (including but not limited to copies of PAN, Passport, Aadhaar card, rent agreement, utility bills etc.); (iii) details of personal and / or salary bank account; (iv) information of family members and emergency contacts; (v) past employment and income information; (vi) medical history and health conditions; (vii) fingerprints and other biometric information; (viii) photographs (for identification purposes); (ix) login credentials for online accounts and services; and (x) technical information such as domain and host information, IP addresses, browser type, device information and cookies.
9.3. Purpose of collecting Employee Information. The information of team members and employees are collected by us and may be processed for the following purposes: (i) personnel management and administration; (ii) accounting, payroll management and other reimbursable expenses; (iii) corporate travel, business development and training purposes; (iv) insurance programmes; (v) performance management, implementation and monitoring of our policies as well as grievance and disciplinary processes; (vi) access to our office premises and systems; (vii) any related areas which may be required by us in ordinary course of business and commercial activities. Paragraphs 5.2 through 5.4 above shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the information of team members and employees.
9.4. Limited Access. Only such team members and employees who need access to user / customer information to fulfil their responsibilities may access such information. This includes team members involved in: (i) processing and packaging of orders; (ii) managing customer enquiries; (iii) coordinating delivery; (iv) handling product recommendations; and (v) managing our Website and online platform.
9.5. Confidentiality. All team members and employees who handle user / customer information are required to: (i) maintain strict confidentiality and comply with applicable Indian data protection laws; (ii) use user / customer information only for legitimate business purposes only; (iii) not disclose, share, or use user / customer information for personal purposes or unauthorised purposes; and / or (iv) not discuss details of orders, delivery addresses, or fragrance preferences in public spaces or with unauthorised individuals or entities, save and except as may be required for business purposes.
9.6. Prohibition. Our team members and employees are prohibited from: (i) accessing or sharing user / customer information without a legitimate business need; and / or (ii) using user / customer information for purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Policy.
9.7. Breach. Any breach of this privacy policy by any of our team members or employees will result in disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment, and may also result in legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time so please check this page periodically. The revised Privacy Policy will be made available on the Website and your continued use of the Website, following changes to the Privacy Policy, will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law.
Any disputes arising under this Policy will be governed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
