Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on www.secretalchemist.com, operated by 24 Carat Remedies Private Limited.

1. Shipping

We currently ship across India.

• Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days

• Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (depending on location)

• Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking link via email and WhatsApp

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, high order volumes, or regional restrictions.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders over ₹500

• Orders below ₹500 may incur a flat shipping fee

• Shipping charges are subject to change at our discretion

3. Returns & Replacements (7 Days)

We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product

• You received the wrong item

How to Request:
Email care@secretalchemist.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Return Eligibility:
Returned items must be:

• In saleable condition

• Unused and unopened

• In original packaging with invoice and tags intact

Products that are used, opened, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

4. Refunds

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking / Wallets):
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s provided bank details.
• Refunds are initiated once the return is approved and may take 7–21 business days to reflect, depending on the bank/payment provider.
