Keep this by your bedside table to use as a part of your night-time ritual. Roll it on your pulse points to help unwind and get sound sleep.
Our 3x3x3 Rule i.e. Rotate our Roll Ons Thrice on Three of your pulse points namely wrists, temples & behind the ears, Thrice a day for best results
Dream Candle-
Trim the wick to ¼” and burn it for 30 mins before your bedtime in a room with closed windows for the fragrance to stay. Because our candles are made with pure essential oils, even a 30 minute burn will linger for hours giving you a sound goodnight sleep. Each candle lasts upto 50 hours. Use your empty glass jar to grow something green.

- Do not leave the bottle open to prevent evaporation.
- Do not heat the blend.
- Even though essential oils are absolutely safe, some people may be allergic to natural products. Test a patch and leave for 30 minutes as a precaution for skin irritation or an allergic reaction.
